1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of convenient payment options:
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
Net banking
Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
Bank transfers
Note: We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.
2. My payment failed. What should I do?
If your payment didn’t go through:
Double-check your internet connection and card/UPI details.
Ensure you have sufficient balance.
Try using a different payment method.
If the amount was deducted but the order isn’t confirmed, please contact us with:
Transaction ID
Payment screenshot (if available)
We’ll resolve it within 24–48 hours.
3. Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers. Your privacy and data security are important to us.
4. I was charged twice. How can I get a refund?
In case of duplicate payments, please reach out to us immediately with proof of both charges. Once verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Can I get an invoice or payment receipt?
Yes! A digital invoice is automatically sent to your registered email after a successful payment. If you didn’t receive one, feel free to contact us and we’ll resend it.
